Introduction
These terms and conditions of sale (T) govern all services offered by Wingfoil Dakhla. They define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of wingfoil and kitesurf lessons, as well as equipment rental.
Article 1 – Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Any booking with Wingfoil Dakhla implies the unreserved acceptance of these T
Article 2 – Booking
Bookings are made via our website, by phone, or by email. A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email after your request is received.
Article 3 – Rates
Rates are indicated in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) and include applicable VAT. Wingfoil Dakhla reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the booking is confirmed.
Article 6 – Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request must be made in writing by email and will be considered effective after confirmation from us.
The following cancellation fees apply based on the date the request is received:
- More than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund of amounts paid
- Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount is retained
- Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount is retained
- Less than 7 days before the arrival date or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking amount is retained
Amounts already paid are subject to these cancellation conditions.
In case of force majeure or lack of wind, no refund will be issued.
A voucher (credit) valid for 24 months will be offered.
This voucher can be used by a third party, with prior agreement.
Article 10 – Complaints
Any complaint must be sent in writing to Wingfoil Dakhla within 30 days after the end of the service.
Article 11 – Disputes
These T are subject to Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Wingfoil Dakhla’s registered office.
Article 12 – Fixed Conversion Rate
To facilitate transactions and ensure total transparency, Wingfoil Dakhla applies a fixed conversion rate of 11 MAD to 1 EUR. This conversion rate is used for all transactions made in euros and converted into Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
The fixed conversion rate helps stabilize prices for our European customers by avoiding daily exchange rate fluctuations.
Article 4 – Personal Data Protection
Information collected on booking forms is recorded in a computerized file by Wingfoil Dakhla for booking management and customer relations. It is kept for 5 years and is intended for the sales and administrative departments of Wingfoil Dakhla.
Article 5 – Payment Terms
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
30 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid must reach 50%.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Wingfoil and Kitesurf equipment rental:
Rental rates are indicated on our website and may vary depending on the rental duration.
The customer is responsible for the rented equipment. In case of damage, loss, or theft, the customer must reimburse the costs of repair or replacement.
Equipment damage insurance can be taken out at the time of check-in.
Equipment rental is reserved for independent riders (Kitesurf: level 3K required; Wingfoil: level 5 required).
Article 13 – Conversion of Semi-Private Lessons to Private Lessons
In the case of an individual booking for semi-private lessons, we will do our best to find another participant of the same level to share the lessons with you. However, if we do not find another participant, Wingfoil Dakhla reserves the right, depending on availability, to convert the semi-private lesson booking into private lessons. The hour equivalence between the two types of lessons is calculated as follows:
- 2 hours of semi-private = 1.5 hours of private
- 4 hours of semi-private = 3 hours of private
- 6 hours of semi-private = 4 hours of private
- 8 hours of semi-private = 6 hours of private
- 10 hours of semi-private = 7 hours of private
